Start with a Data Health Check
A focused, one-hour session where we review how data actually moves through your business, including the AI tools your team is using, and tell you plainly where your risks might lie, and what to fix first.
You get a short written summary of the two or three things that matter most for your specific setup. No jargon, no 40-page report, no obligation to do anything else.
£400. Fixed fee. One hour.
Some engagements start and end with a Health Check. Some don't.
Sometimes the one-hour session surfaces something bigger - a data architecture that needs rebuilding, a compliance system that needs to trace data end-to-end, a platform that needs to be built properly from the ground up.
We've done that work too: account management infrastructure for a gaming operator, an AI document processing solution, a full data lineage system tracking carbon credits from capture through to trading. When the problem is bigger, we bring the same rigour to helping you design and build the solution.
